As a Business Development Consultant, Morgan brings energy, authenticity, and a relationship-first mindset to every conversation, whether partnering with healthcare leaders or guiding candidates toward life-changing career moves. For her, recruiting has always been about more than filling positions; it’s about building trust, creating opportunities, and making lasting connections that strengthen teams and communities.
With over six years of healthcare recruiting experience, Morgan has built a diverse career spanning dental, veterinary, and nursing recruitment. She got her start in dental recruiting alongside the ultimate dynamic trio Drew, Brett, and Kayla at Midwest Dental, where she quickly discovered a love for connecting providers with practices where they could make a real impact. Over four years in the dental space, Morgan not only recruited top talent but also stepped into leadership, helping guide and develop recruiting teams across both dental and veterinary medicine.
Never one to shy away from a challenge, Morgan expanded into veterinary recruiting, supporting more than 300 practices nationwide and helping organizations find the right providers to care for pets and the families who love them. That experience sharpened her ability to recruit in high-demand markets, build scalable hiring strategies, and develop meaningful partnerships across a broad network of healthcare professionals.
Most recently, Morgan brought that expertise into nursing recruitment at The University of Kansas Health System, where she found a true calling in supporting nurses and strengthening care teams from within the walls of the hospital. Building relationships with nurses, leaders, and departments while directly impacting patient care and the surrounding community has been one of the most rewarding chapters of her career, and one that continues to fuel her passion for healthcare recruitment.
Born and raised in Kansas City, Morgan is a proud hometown advocate and an even prouder fan of the Kansas City Chiefs and the Missouri Tigers (MIZ!). Outside of work, you can usually find her on the golf course re-building her love of the game, spending quality time (and many dance parties) with her two daughters, or hanging out with her cat, Eric, who has somehow become the true ruler of the household. When not recruiting, Morgan also enjoys time with family, Sundays at Church, baking, and is always on the lookout for Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce.
