Justin came to Edge after spending over 15 years as a Healthcare Consultant/CPA with a large regional firm where his focus was on the medical and dental industries. The team at Edge had known Justin for years and always held him in the absolute highest regards. With Edges merger and acquisition of Professional Management of Milwaukee and their continuous desire to grow, bringing Justin on became the top priority.
Justin works with healthcare practices on entity formation, financial statement presentation, benchmarking, employee structure and benefits (including retirement plan implementation), overhead control, retirement planning and tax planning. He also assists clients with compensation formula development and implementation for multi-owner businesses.
Justin’s consulting expertise includes assisting owners with practice transitions such as the purchase or sale of a practice and bringing in new partners. Justin has assisted numerous practices explore multiple sale options, including to private equity.
Aside from all of the business and professional credentials that a guy like Justin carries, he is really a country boy at heart from the Wausau area. The Chesbrough’s now call Jackson, WI. home, and love getting away to their beautiful Juneau County property to enjoy fresh air with friends and family. Justin is passionate about the outdoors and exposing the next generations to conservation through outdoor sportingactivities such as camping, hunting and fishing. Justin is married to the love of his life, Kayte, (an Endoscopy RN at Froedtert) and they have a son Owen and a daughter Paisley who keep them busy!
