Compensation: Compensation is 33% of adjusted production — with this model, associates in our practice have the potential to earn $500,000+ annually. · $850/day guaranteed for the first year (adjusted to reflect days worked) CE: We highly value CE and support our team in pursuing growth and clinical excellence. While we do not have a formal CE stipend, CE expenses are reimbursed at the owner’s discretion, and we actively encourage team members to pursue courses that align with their professional goals and the needs of the practice. Operatories: 9 Fully-functional operatories and a large ortho bay · Technology: This office has more technology than most in the area, Shining 3D Intraoral Scanner, Dexis OP3D CBCT Unit, Digital X-rays, Open Dental software Utilize a world-class lab located less than 10 minutes away in Marshfield. Lab delivers cases twice per day and provides additional clinical support to providers. Support Staff: wonderful support staff including Clinical Treatment Coordinator, 2 Patient Coordinators, 4 dental hygienists, 4 trained Dental Assistants Unique/Historic selling points: Legacy practice for over 20 years. We’re non-contracted with all insurance companies, allowing us to provide the kind of personalized, high-quality care that puts people first—not policies.
