Location: Jefferson and Watertown, WI · Type of Practice: General Dentistry · Schedule: Full time – 4 days / week · Compensation: Competitive base salary. Plus a quarterly bonus based on 33% of net production. Historically, associates in this role have earned approximately $225,000+ annually after bonuses. · CE: $3,000 per year for Dentist’s dues, journals, and continuing education expenses. · Pathway to Partnership/Ownership: Potential partnership available in the future · Facility , doctor-owned building, established practice of over 7 years (Jefferson) and 44 years (Watertown) · Operatories: 6 Fully-functional operatories (Jefferson) 13 ops (Watertown) , doctor lab, sterilization center · Technology: Fully-digital office, upgraded computer hard-ware, computers in each operatory, digital x-ray and CBCT, diode lasers, implant motors, rotary endo , intraoral scanner, · Support Staff highly-skilled clinical team consists of 5 dental hygienists (Watertown), 2 hygienists (Jefferson), 8 trained Dental Assistants (Watertown), 3 assistants (Jefferson) and fully-staffed front desk and a dedicated leadership team to ensure you have the support you need to seamlessly exceed your goals · Unique/Historic selling points: A highly rated, well-established private practice with locations in Watertown, Jefferson, Hartford, and Beaver Dam focused on premium-quality patient care and a strong team culture. We accept PPO and fee-for-service insurance and pride ourselves on staying up to date with technology while maintaining a very patient-centered environment.
