Type of Practice: Private Practice
Schedule: 4 Day Workweek / 32-hours. Full Time (8am-5pm). Availability to work more days if preferred.
Compensation: Competitive guaranteed salary and % of adjusted production. Associates can expect to earn 250-350 annually and high earners can make $400K+.

Professional Staff: Highly skilled, long-term clinical team consisting of 10-11 hygienists on daily and a doctor team of 3-5.

Community Details: St Joseph is a beautiful coastal town on the west southern shore of Michigan. Just north of South Bend, IN (Notre Dame) and 1 hour west of Kalamazoo, MI. Loop around the lake and you’re in Chicago in 1.5 hrs. This is a great small / mid sized town on the shore that is perfect for family life and fun summers on Lake Michigan.
