| Type of Practice: General Dentistry Schedule : 4 days a week and possible 1-2 Sat a month at the Milwaukee location if the doctor would like more hours/production Compensation: $85/hr or 33% of collection and no lab fee deduction CE: $1500/year Pathway to Partnership/Ownership: Yes Facility: it is a stand alone building on the fox river, recently renovated and equipped with modern dental technology. Operatories: 9 operatories. 5 for hygiene 4 for Drs Technology: digital x-rays, digital scanner, cad/cam emax, in office whitening, digital ultra low dose CBCT, cloud based software (dentrix ascend) soft tissue lasers. Wave one gold for endo and HiOssen implant equipment. Support Staff highly skilled Dr, assistant, hygiene and front desk teams: Dr team has 3 full time dentists who have been practicing since twenty-teeens. Do all procedures and are willing to mentor both clinically and professionally. Assistants (7 FT) are highly trained and can assist for all procedures as well as take on many other patient related tasks independently. Hygienists (4 FT 2 PT) All high skill. Laser SRP, Nitrous and local, arrestin. Front desk team (3) has high skill at insurance related issues, scheduling and patient communication. Unique/Historic selling points: PPO office needing another dentist due to high volume of patients. Community Details: 30 minutes from Milwaukee. Great community and great patients.
